Veg Pizza Recipe Ingredients: 1 pre-made pizza dough (or you can make your own) 1 cup tomato sauce 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup sliced black olives 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers (assorted colors) 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms 1/2 cup sliced red onions 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil leaves 2 tablespoons olive oil 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano Salt and pepper to taste Instructions: Preheat your oven to the temperature recommended on the pizza dough package or to 425°F (220°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface until it reaches your desired thickness. If using pre-made dough, follow the instructions on the package. Transfer the rolled-out dough onto a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush the surface of the dough with olive oil. This will help prevent the sauce from making the crust soggy.
